// Where are you located, and do you travel?

I am based in Montpellier, France and oh YES…I love to travel! My couples this year are taking me all around France, Italy, Red Woods State Park in California, and I hope to your next location!

// How will we receive our images, and can we print them ourselves?

All of your images are delivered as high-res, digital files in an online gallery for easy downloading. Please feel free to print them and share them with your loved ones! All contracts include a print release, so you are free to print on your own! Depending on where you live, I can also offer prints through a professional service, which you can easily order straight from the gallery.

// When will we receive our images, and how many will we get?

For couples sessions/engagements, my turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. All weddings are delivered within 4-6 weeks. I take every care in delivering the best photos and will give you quality images over quantity. I average 50+ images for an engagement session, and 300+ images for a wedding day, depending on the length.

// What is your booking process?

01. If you are ready to book, then the first thing is to fill out the inquire form.

02. I’m happy to take you two out to a cafe and grab a coffee to talk! Or if you prefer, and/or you are out of town, we can go over things on the phone or even better, video chat. I want to get to know you two as much as possible and to talk about your plans for the wedding day!

03. I will be so honored if you have chosen me! We will make it official by signing a contract and paying a retainer of 50% of the package you’ve chosen. This will reserve your date!

// What is your cancellation process due to COVID-19?

We are facing hardship and the unknown right now. I know it’s stressful planning a wedding even without a pandemic. So if you have to cancel your original date you have on your contract, I am happy to move it to a new date as long as I am available. As this will be unique to each situation and couple, we will go over more options at that time to make sure all parties are good with the outcome. Since you will have to contact all the other vendors for the same issue, I don’t want to make your planning harder than it has to be!
