My approach is a blend of documentary storytelling and editorial portraiture, combining breathtaking landscapes with genuine human connection. I want your photographs to feel honest, timeless, and effortlessly beautiful—capturing not only how your wedding day looked, but how it truly felt.
With a deep understanding of natural light and thoughtful composition, I create images that are both artistic and authentic. But beyond beautiful photographs, I'm always searching for the moments that matter most: the quiet glances, the uncontrollable laughter, the happy tears, and the little in-between moments you didn't even realise were happening.
Landscape photography is where my love for photography first began, and that influence can still be seen throughout my work. I use the environment to create portraits that feel natural, romantic, and full of life, while staying true to who you are as a couple. Warm earth tones, natural light, and genuine emotion are at the heart of everything I create.
My hope is that, years from now, you'll look back at your photographs and not just remember what your wedding day looked like—you'll remember exactly how it felt. These are the memories you'll share with future generations, and it's an honour to preserve them for you.

“Javier was absolutely fantastic from the moment we first contacted him until after the wedding and receiving our beautiful photos. As you expect your wedding to be a once in a lifetime event, bringing your nearest and dearest together, I wanted to ensure these moments were captured and Javier exceeded my expectations of what a good photographer would provide. We had a few chats before the big day and Javier was very friendly and really listened to what we were saying, we felt from the first video call that we were in good hands.
On the day he felt like part of the wedding party and fitted right in, being very approachable and our guests commenting how lovely he was. We did not want lots of staged photos and Javier took this on board and although he is laid back, he is also very professional and this definitely showed in the quality of the photos. After the wedding we received the photos a lot sooner than expected. There were plenty of photos and you are able to share it with guests and also select what photos you would like them to view. There is also an option for guests to download photos. The photos were fantastic!
